I’ve suffered from anxiety for about twenty years now and I’ve always been able to overcome my anxiety. There is no such thing as anxiety without the feeling of being frightened. In fact, the feelings of fear are actually what make anxiety disorders such a common problem in the first place. For instance, if you feel fearful of a particular situation or activity it is not uncommon to feel anxious.
The problem is that it is not uncommon to feel anxious even for a short time. In a study conducted by the National Institute of Mental Health, researchers discovered that the average person suffering from a panic attack felt anxious for an average of 8 seconds. For comparison, when you are anxious for a second or two the feeling of having a panic attack lasts for an average of 3 to 7 seconds. When you are anxious for longer periods of time your anxiety can last for an average of 8 to 23 minutes.
Anxiety is not a good thing, so is it surprising that people are anxious and need to recover from that? You might be surprised to know that the best way to recover from anxiety is to reduce the anxiety, not increase it. That is, to feel the anxiety but also have a feeling of calmness. When you feel a sense of calmness, you don’t feel anxious, you feel calm. That’s called relaxation.

Our anxiety recovery program is very simple. We offer two sessions a month, each of which lasts 30 minutes. We send you an email with your progress and a link to the video if you want to watch it. In the first session we are going to teach you how to reduce your anxiety. In the second session we are going to teach you how to reduce the anxiety you feel. In the first session, we are going to teach you how to reduce your anxiety.
While the first session is about reducing anxiety, the second session is all about anxiety reduction. It is specifically about reducing the anxiety you feel when you are thinking about all those things that would make you feel anxious. It’s about calming the anxiety so you can relax into your day. Like in the first session we are going to help you find the anxiety you feel in the first session and we are going to help you find the anxiety you feel in the second session.
When it comes to anxiety, anxiety is a feeling that comes from having a thought or an emotion about something. If there is no physical sensation of it, we can think of it as the feeling that you have when you are not really in touch with your mind.
