Chromotherapy is a form of therapy in which a patient can experience any one or all of the following at the same time. They can see a color, smell, hear, or feel a particular sensation or emotion.
Chromotherapy can be pretty useful for people who’ve experienced some kind of trauma. For example, one of my clients has been struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder for five years now.
Chromotherapy is also a form of meditation. The brain is capable of experiencing any one or all of these sensations at the same time, so people who are suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder can experience it all at the same time. It’s possible that the same is true for people suffering from depressive disorder as well.
Basically, some people experience traumatic events as a continuous loop, or a series of loops that repeat themselves in a repetitive way. Some people, however, experience traumatic events without any kind of repetition. For example, one of my clients went through the Holocaust, had an incestuous relationship with an older brother, and then went on to experience repeated reliving of the incident. That loop has persisted for a couple of years now.
There’s a lot of different ways we can see the same thing in the same way. For example, many people who get depressed after a traumatic event can also become depressed following a traumatic event. For example, people who have been suicidal after a traumatic event can get paranoid and paranoid people after a traumatic event. For some people, traumatic events can also repeat themselves in ways that are even more difficult to deal with.
I feel like a lot of the people who have suffered from trauma are just really depressed so I have to admit that I tend to blame it on the fact that I’m a bit of a masochist. I’m not sure how much this is true for everyone though, because I’ve been really depressed after a traumatic event and I’ve been really depressed afterward. I tend to blame it on the fact that I’m a bit of a masochist.
Every time I get stressed out, I always think about how much I have to change. I always have to do it on autopilot because I have to work on my brain before I can do anything else. It makes me very depressed. It makes me think I have to change a lot. Sometimes I just don’t think about it. I also think about how I could be a lot happier if I had a little more time.

The key to Chromotherapy is to start by doing something that relaxes you. Breathing in deeply, exhaling slowly and rhythmically, and then holding the breath for a moment. By doing this you will feel more relaxed. At first I was hesitant because it feels like a lot of pressure. But I’ve been able to do it for a week now and I’m so much happier. I feel like I could go out and have sex and not be this miserable.
