Don’t Buy Into These “Trends” About daily mood chart template

Like most people, I tend to be a bit moody. I always feel a little down and unenthusiastic on a day to day basis. I always tend to overdo it and end up with a bunch of energy or energy drinks. I think it’s because I also have a very hard time being happy. I tend to be a bit of a downer.

I’m the very same. I do tend to be a bit down, but not for a completely obvious reason. I’m definitely one of those people who is a little more “down” than normal, and that is because I constantly have to fight myself. I can’t stop myself from being down, so I end up fighting myself into feeling better.

I feel like there is something to be said for finding happy balance. In my case, this means not being a downer or feeling sad all the time. I like to be happy in a way that doesn’t make me feel sad. I feel that if I were to lose everything, I would still be happy. So I try to find it in everything.

The reason I’m so down here, and I do, is because I know that some of my feelings are very negative. I know that it’s very hard to feel like I’m actually going to die, but I do not. And I know that I have to try harder. I have a lot of negative feelings about myself. I have to not be afraid of the things that might happen to me in my life.
