Of course it does, but that doesn’t mean plan b isn’t an extremely helpful tool. A plan that is simple and well-executed can help you make wise decisions and make sure your day-to-day life is as successful as possible.
In the case of plan b, you can use it to take the right actions at the right time. For example, you can do something really stupid (like plan b) and feel really bad about it because you were too busy doing other things to think about it. Then you can tell yourself that you tried to do something smart (like plan b) and that you feel great because you did it.
The fact is that plan B is pretty much the default action in life. So if you don’t do it, it’s something that everyone does. The problem is that if you’re making your plans when you’re feeling stressed you may forget to do the plan b. So it’s better to try to plan things smart first and plan something stressful last so you can get back to the stress-relief point. You can always change your plan if you need to.
One day I was just doing something fun and happy and I felt stressed out because I was doing something that I didnt want to do. I was stressed and I decided to make a plan b.
You can always add more stress later: plan b is a good way of dealing with stress, and its a good way to get back to the stress-relief point.
After the stress-relief point, you can usually back off and think about something for a few minutes before you decide to do it again. This applies even when you’re doing something you don’t want to do and then you realize you don’t want to do it anymore. The only time you can’t back off is when you’re doing something you know you don’t want to do.
Plan B is another one of those things that seems to really work for me. It takes the stress away and I dont have to think about it, and its a good way to get my mind off of it. I could also go with the plan B idea, but that would mean having to write it out and then be able to remember what I wrote. It is a lot easier to think about what youre thinking about than it is to write it out.

The thing about the plan B idea is that if you are feeling down, you could always try to be a total badass on Day One. But if you’re feeling sad, then you could be the complete badass.
