I used to live in a small apartment in the middle of a large city. I was charged with criminal trespass and trespassing in my second year of college. I was only 18. Turns out I was a few months older than I thought.
The problem is that you don’t actually have to be a criminal to get arrested. I have worked with many people who have been charged as adults for some infraction. In my experience, the vast majority of those people are people who have had a criminal record for a long time and who still have a very difficult time dealing with it.
I guess the criminal in this case is a young man who was just trying to get a job. He was just following orders and doing what he was told to do. He was arrested only because the city decided to put his arrest on a list of the most dangerous people to have contact with.
The other guy is a guy who was just trying to get off welfare. It turns out he was born in the wrong place and was adopted by people who had not been in contact with him in a very long time. I guess he was trying to get back at his adopted family for something.
We’ve got three different types of criminals in the game. The first is the young man who’s just trying to get a job, the second is the young man who’s just trying to get off welfare, and the last is the guy who’s trying to get back at his adopted family for something. It doesn’t seem like much of a distinction, except that the last guy is a little more socially inept and has a slightly less “dangerous” background.
The game is a bit like D&D, where its all about who you know and how much money you have. It also makes a lot of sense when you think about it, because you know the law enforcement in the county you are playing in. You can arrest everyone for whatever crime you want and the county sheriff will find you for it. If you are really good, you can even get yourself arrested.
The difference is that the last guy is in the country where he can pull a gun on you, whereas the other guys are in the US. But like DampD, the last guy is also doing things that seem to be illegal. Like, if they want to get drunk at a party he will let them know he will be there so they can get drunk. Also like DampD, he is also not doing anything that seems illegal.
If you are caught by the cops, you will have to face a charge. If you are caught by the state, then you will be charged, and if you are caught by the city, then you will be arrested. If you are caught by the police, all you have to do is show up to court. If you are caught by the state, you have to show up in court within the next 6 months.
We’re not sure what the state’s definition of “arrest” is, but it would seem to be 6 months from the moment we show up at the court. If we show up at the court, then we get arrested. If we show up in court within the next 6 months, then we get arrested.
