I’ve always said, you can make 2 weeks go by faster if you have a good plan. Today I want to share a tip that I’ve been using for the past 2 weeks, and that is to take advantage of the fact that you can time-shift your plans. The reason I say that is because I’ve been making plans to not work out for 2 weeks and then doing it on Friday mornings.
A simple thing to try is to make a plan with 3 things to do first. You can make plan A by starting a new computer program, but you can also make plan B by starting a virtual machine and then you can make plan C by doing 4 things first.
So, to make up for not having a plan and to get rid of the “I’m going to the gym” feeling you get when you leave the house, make a plan for a day that you will not work out. Just make sure you include the “work out” part of the plan. If you don’t, you are likely to get stuck in the gym for the whole day.

In the library, you can have a level of health that will allow you to stay up for five minutes. You can also create and use any number of levels of alertness that will allow you to stay awake for a specified amount of time.
