I think the key to being happy and to be creative is to go against the grain of what you think is “normal.
Well, not normal, but in some ways what we are doing is normal. Just like any of us. If I like to get a new phone every six months, that’s a normal way to live. I have a normal routine where I do the same things everyday and I know what I do each day. But if I think I’m supposed to be depressed, I’ll take a deep breath and try to remember why I am depressed.
If you feel depressed, the first thing I would recommend is to take a deep breath and try to remember why you feel depressed. If you feel like your normal routine is not working, try to find a new routine. If you feel like you are constantly on the go, try to find a hobby that you enjoy and stick to it. If you can’t find these things, try to learn as much as you can about your feelings and find a hobby that makes you happy.
I hate to be the one to break this to you, but a hobby that you enjoy doesn’t create a happy, normal life. Sure, your hobby can be something you enjoy, but in the end, it isn’t healthy. And when you try to create a new routine, you are not going to have anything to do.

I’m not sure if there is a solution, but I know that if you have a hobby you love, you should try to stick to it. Try to find something that brings you joy, and make it a habit.
That said, that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy what you have, or feel bad about the fact that your hobby doesn’t lead to a happy, normal life. For some people, it is a way to learn new skills, get a different perspective, or to keep their body in shape. Even if this is the last thing you learn, you can still be happy. It is possible to be happy with a hobby you love.
I agree. I think that is a really good way to put it. I will note, however, that I was once the same way. But now I am much less likely to listen to podcasts, listen to music, and watch TV on the road. If that makes me a hypocrite, or some kind of a jerk, so be it.
You may be thinking, “But you can have a great sense of humor and still be happy.” You can, but you will never get rid of the thought that it is an illusion. The most important thing is not to get into the habit of thinking of yourself as someone who is always in a good mood.
