As we’ve mentioned before, bodymindmind-space is a mental state. When the body is not in bodymindmind-space, we cant do much. But when the body is, we can manipulate our environment. In particular, we can control our mood and emotions. If you find yourself in a bad mood, there is a very simple and effective way to turn things around. Simply think of something positive. Then wait patiently for the negative thoughts to fade away.
This is one of the most common and effective practices you can make when you’re trying to take control of yourself. It’s a great way to let the mind take over and take control of your emotions. There’s a reason we call it “control of a mind” – we can’t control the mind with the same energy. But there is a very similar way to manage the mind.
The most important thing to remember is to let go of the “I” that is always there and let go of the “me” that is always there. Remember that you actually are you as a human being. But you are not you always. You are not always feeling good, feeling bad, feeling happy, feeling sad, feeling good, feeling bad, feeling happy, feeling sad.
