Now that I am in my 30’s I have started to learn to cope with stress more effectively. This is a big change and it makes a significant difference in my life. I used to be one of those people that was always stressed out but it took me years to learn how to manage my stress better. I am more aware of my feelings and thoughts now so I am able to relax and enjoy my life a lot more.
I think that stress is a symptom of being human. We are all made up of a number of different systems that are set up for us to survive and thrive but when something goes wrong, they all fail at once. Our systems fail one after the other until we find ourselves in a state of confusion and chaos. We are always trying to find the right balance between our physical and mental well-being, and when we finally find that balance, we start to enjoy our lives even more.
The problem is that many people are so preoccupied with the “right balance” that they don’t look at the rest of the equation. We go to work, we take out the garbage, and of course, we eat. But we have all these other things going on as well that affect our well-being.
This is one of the most interesting things to come out of Deathloop. At some point it will be time for us to start thinking about how we can add a little weight to this cycle. We might need to add some muscle, so we add some strength, and we might need some weight to keep ourselves fit to perform more and more.
A lot of the weight that’s going to be added will be caused by mood. The mood support is something that’s coming soon to the game, but we need to start thinking about it first because mood support is one of the most important things that we can do for ourselves.
