A popular question I get a lot is, “How do I know if I’m making progress?” This is the question that led me to start using Mindfulness Coach. I’ve used it on and off for about a year and a half now and the most important part of it is that it gets you to notice your small changes in the moment.
As the owner of a small business, I get asked quite a bit these days “how do I know if Im making progress”. The answer is, I don’t, because I don’t get to check with my “self” on a regular basis. I use the tools that I’ve given myself to check my progress because I can measure my progress. So if I want to measure how I am doing, I can use a lot of the apps I use (and you should too) but I have to make the commitment to do it for a very specific period of time. This is how I’ve been able to stay on track and stop myself from going off the rails.
