stop get help: It’s Not as Difficult as You Think

This is a bit of confession. I actually have self-awareness. I don’t know if I will ever stop getting help with my problems because I’ve been self-aware since I was 17. We are built to help each other and I genuinely believe that everyone should get help. I have an excellent and loving group of friends to turn to if I need to talk, they have the same thoughts and feelings as I do.

I think it’s the fact that we all have a great group of friends that makes it possible for us to get help and that really helps me. I love having someone to turn to if I have a bad day. It makes it easier to get through it and keep on going in life.
