I’m not sure whether it was the fact that I had to drive home after meeting up with friends (which is a daily occurrence) or the fact that I had to be at work by 6:00 a.m. for a late-morning meeting. It all combined into a nervous breakdown.
Well, I know I could have gone to my regular doctor for my anxiety, but I felt that I needed to go to one of the mental-health facilities. I wanted to avoid being treated like I was a real person who needed treatment, which I had been for years. I also wanted to avoid hospital-type things because of what it did to people.
I want to learn more about the Mind-Learning-Learning brain and how it works. If I don’t get the brain, I can’t get it. It’s just there.
I would guess you’d have a few of the same problems so I think that the “disorder” part of the problem is your mind. A lot of people with mental disorders are depressed, but if you’re depressed, you’re not going to be able to get much done. You will also tend to be more stubborn about getting better.
The problem is when youre trying to do things wrong. What do you do? Do you get into a lot of problems that should be dealt with? So, when youre trying to do things wrong, youre not going to be able to get better.
The same thing can happen to the person who is a bit manic. He gets into a lot of fights, is very impulsive, and does things that are very impulsive. But if his thinking is all wrong, he will be unable to control his behavior.
I have a lot of stuff to add to my mental disorder list. You can get into a lot of issues that will make him a bad person, but I do get into a lot of things he should be able to control.
I think it’s important to recognize that we have the right mind-set. We shouldn’t let our mental states have us doing things that are bad. We should be able to control ourselves in many ways, and our inability can cause us to make choices that harm others, and/or ourselves. So, it is important to use good mental tools to manage behavior.
My own ideas are that you should put in more of a mental disorder list, but here’s the thing. If you do, well, you have a mental disorder. That’s it. You need to have the mental disorder that you have in order to get into the good/bad/cute mental states you should be able to get into. If you don’t have the mental disorder listed, then you have to have it listed.
