Some people think that if they worry about something, they’re “worried” and “overworrying” themselves—but that’s not true. The problem stems from a belief that worrying is a form of self-abuse.
In actuality, worrying about things is an important part of the process of building confidence, which is the process of learning to take on new goals and not be afraid to fail. When you worry about something, you are taking an important first step in your journey to developing trust in yourself.

I think the biggest problem you can have with worrying is when it becomes so overwhelming that it becomes a distraction from important things. You worry so much about the things that really matter to you, that it becomes a distraction from what you really care about.
Worry is a very normal thing, and in fact it is a normal response to worry about things that are not important or not important. This is the kind of worry I see on YouTube when people are anxious about their jobs, or things that they are worried about. However, worrying can also be a very unhealthy thing.
